HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM BIRTHDAY THANK YOU CARDS?

Step 2 – If its possible for us to design it, then you can make the purchase within this page.
Step 3 – Checkout with your item and include the required information to personalize your product in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout.
Step 4 – We will then personalize your order and send you a print ready proof within the current turnaround time (3 days).

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of digital files no refunds will be issued on customized items or instant download items AFTER the file has been sent to you. If the buyer chooses to have the files printed without correcting any errors within his 72 hours of revisions and changes, no refund will be given as you have forfeited getting the error fixed prior to printing.
